Furry perfect in GLICC Tournament # 33 - Tops the 100-square league again!

FURRY TOPS 100-SQUARE CHECKERS AGAIN!

     Jesse Furry, of Delmar, Delaware, defended his title by running up a perfect score of 20 points for 10 straight wins in the Great Lakes International Checker Conference, played on ItsYourTurn.com from March thru June 2014.  Ego Igwe of Nairobi, Kenya, took second place with a fine showing in his first time competing in the league.

The GLICC was founded in 2003 and is now in its 34th tournament of International or 10 x 10 checkers played on ItsYourTurn.com.  Chief organizer is Roger Blaine.
 
GLICC maintains its own rating system.  The chart below shows new ratings as affected by this tournament.  Neil Wenberg, from North Dakota, made the best gain in points with +42.
